• How can I pay my internet bill?

• How do I reach the helpdesk if I have trouble with my internet connection?

  Opening hours:
  Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
  Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Where can I inform UTS that I will be moving and how much does it cost?

  Customers can go to any of our UTS Stores for this. Moving of an internet connection is ANG 79.50 and the moving of a telephone line is ANG 159.00.
  Moving of a Double Play or Triple Play package is ANG 159.00.

• Can I check my current speed?

  You can check your speed with the UTS Speed Test.

• When I apply for the internet at home service do I have to buy equipment?

  Yes, in order to connect to our network you will need to purchase an antenna or modem

• What is the installation fee for my internet connection at home?
  • PMP 450 Wireless internet: equipment and labor fee: $285.00
  • Fixed internet: equipment and labor fee: $200.00
• What do I pay per month for my home internet service?
