Chippie Company

• Do I need to sign a contract?

  Yes, Chippie Company requires a 2-years contract.

• Is Chippie Company service only for Prepaid Customers?

  Chippie Company is for both Postpaid and Prepaid Chippie Customers.

• What are the prerequisites for applying for Chippie Company?
  • Your business must be registered at the Chamber of Commerce;
  • At least three (3) employees that you want to include into the packages;
  • A deposit.
• How many employees do I need to benefit from Chippie Company?

  The minimum quantity of employees required for this service is three (3).

• What is Chippie Company?

  Chippie Company is a Closed User Group (CUG) specially designed for companies, in which all their employees can call each other unlimited for Free.

• What are the benefits when I apply as a company for this service?
  • Your operational costs regarding calls will drop noticeably.
  • Better communication between your employees with no barrier;
  • Numbers of other branches located within Chippie Land can also be included;
  • Free Chippie Company phones.

Business Chippie Postpaid

• What do I need to do to apply for postpaid mobile service?

  Visit one of our UTS stores, bringing along:
  
  • Chamber of Commerce registration document (no older than 1 year)
  • A valid form of identification of the director listed on the Chamber registration (ID Card, Passport or driver’s license)
  • A deposit payment (amount relative to the plan of choice; ranging from ANG 179 to ANG 805.50)
  
  Our friendly account managers will assist you with your application for subscribed monthly service

• What is included in my bundle?

  Use your Minutes & SMS bundles for: calls & SMS to Chippie numbers on St. Maarten/ Saint Martin, calls & SMS to Chippieland, calls & SMS to other mobile operators on St. Maarten/ Saint Martin.
  Also, calls to fixed line operators on St. Maarten, Saint Martin, Saba & St. Eustatius.

• What happens when my bundle of minutes, data or SMS are done?

  With your postpaid bundle package you are not restricted to your bundle minutes, SMS or data. Once you have used your bundle minutes, SMS or data you can still continue to make use of your service.
  
  You have two choices:
  
  1. You can continue to pay a flat fee per minute, SMS or megabyte. Calls: $0.20 per minute for calls to numbers on St. Maarten or Chippieland SMS: $0.10 per local SMS & $0.25 per international SMS Data: $ 0.10 per Megabyte
  
  2. Add an add-on plan: You can add the additional bundle of minutes, SMS or data you need to your account to ensure that you continue at the best possible rate for your calls/SMS/data. Click here to see our add-on plans
  The additional charges from either of these options will be added to your monthly bill.

• Will any unused minutes, SMS or data from my 3-in-1 bundle or my add-ons roll over to the next month?

  No. Bundles minutes, SMS and data and add-ons do not roll over and expire at the end of your billing period.

   

• How do I pay for services that are not included in my bundle?

  Any services used that are not included in your bundle such as international calls or roaming charges will be added to your monthly bill.
